Understanding Cookies

This Cookie Policy explains how Naiori uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. We use cookies to make our service work better for you and to understand how you use our platform.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and provide a better user experience.

1.1 Types of Cookies

  • Session Cookies: Temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser
  • Persistent Cookies: Cookies that remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them
  • First-Party Cookies: Set by Naiori directly
  • Third-Party Cookies: Set by external services we use (like analytics tools)

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

4.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit Naiori, you'll see a cookie consent banner. You can:

  • Accept All Cookies: Acknowledge our cookie usage and dismiss the banner
  • Decline: Dismiss the banner without acknowledgment

Important: How Decline currently works

Naiori currently uses analytics (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics) and error monitoring services that load by default for all visitors. Declining the banner closes it, but does not retroactively block those scripts in this version of the product. To opt out of analytics, use one of the methods below (browser settings, ad blocker, Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or Do Not Track). A category-level consent gate is on our roadmap.

You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting Naiori.

4.2 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • Block all cookies
  • Block third-party cookies only
  • Delete cookies when you close your browser
  • Delete specific cookies

⚠️ Important Note

If you block or delete essential cookies, some features of Naiori may not work properly. For example, you may not be able to log in or your preferences may not be saved.

4.3 How to Manage Cookies in Different Browsers

5. Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you don't want to be tracked. Currently, there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals. Naiori respects your browser settings and honors your cookie preferences set through our cookie consent banner.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We'll notify you of any material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
